Amanda is a journalist and content strategist with more than 10 years of experience in print and digital publishing. She has served as the senior editor of Yoga Journal and the content producer of AIM Healthy U. In 2011 and 2012, she was the lead researcher of the Popular Science Invention Award and helped manage the Social Media City (Energetic Emotional Health) of the New York Mental Health Association.

In addition to working for VigorTip, she is also a researcher and fact checker for Smithsonian Magazine, and writes for publications such as The Healthy and The Bump.


Amanda received a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University’s Medier School of Journalism.
