Common signs and symptoms of excessive stress

We all experience pressure from different sources in our daily lives: work, relationships, finances. Whether you are dealing with daily stressors, chronic stress, or major life challenges such as illness or divorce, stress can have a major impact on your body and mind. How do you know when you are dealing with unhealthy stress on you?

The answer to this question can be tricky for several reasons:

  • Various effects: Stress affects the body in many different ways. Some of them are obvious, but others may not be so obvious or easy to spot until they become more serious.

Common signs of stress

If you face many requirements at the same time, it will naturally increase frustration and irritability for many people. This may lead to more difficulties in interpersonal relationships and personal happiness. The trick is to find a way to avoid frustration and calm down quickly.

Decreased libido

Stress can affect your libido in many ways.If you are too tired of sex or seem to be unable to spend time with your partner, this may also be due to the stress of your life. Lack of sexual desire will also bring more pressure to your relationship, leading to another example of poor pressure management, leading to greater pressure to manage.
