Now, she is sharing what she has learned and strategies that can help. This is especially important in today’s digital world, where there are many things competing for our attention at any given moment.

Amish Quotations

Amish Jia

If you don’t have the basic ability to pay attention to what happens every moment, you don’t have the ability to pay attention to the here and now.

— Amish Jaha

  • “The Pinnacle Mind is not to let us never experience fear, sadness, sadness, uncertainty, or even ambiguity about a certain situation, but to train our minds so that we can get through difficult situations more easily, rather than with ourselves Right.”
  • “Fifty percent of the time, our thoughts are wandering.”
  • “Whenever I notice that I am distracted, I can actually do something. I can redirect or I can let myself wander around without feeling guilty about it.”
