Most people feel a certain degree of stress and anxiety in their lives. This is not necessarily a bad thing. Panic Disorder

Generalized Anxiety Disorder

GAD is characterized by excessive anxiety and worry about events or activities. Symptoms of worry and tension can last for six months or more and are accompanied by a variety of other symptoms, including fatigue and irritability, inattention, muscle tension, and sleep problems.

Specific phobia

Phobias involve fear of specific objects, places, or situations. The fear experienced by this person is excessive-beyond the reaction of most people, and greater than any actual threat of harm. Many specific phobias have their own names. For example, the fear of flying is called aerophobia, and the fear of spiders is called arachnophobia. When facing a phobia, a person may realize that his fear is irrational. However, he will still show extreme reactions and may even have panic attacks.

Social anxiety disorder

SAD involves the fear of being judged by others in social situations. In particular, the person believes that he has been negatively evaluated by others. Thinking of being considered bad by others will only make the person show more uncomfortable behaviors, such as shaking, sweating, trembling, or blushing. People with SAD usually stay away from social activities or any situation that might be censored by others.

Agoraphobia

Agoraphobia usually occurs with panic disorder, the fear of a panic attack occurring in a place or situation where people may find it socially awkward or difficult to escape. To save face or feel safer, many people with agoraphobia show avoidance behavior. Common avoidances include crowded areas, open spaces, and vehicles. In some extreme cases, the person was so scared that she stayed at home due to agoraphobia.
