Body language and nonverbal communication constitute a large part of our understanding of others, our first impressions, and the information we convey to people around us. If you have social anxiety, body language is especially important.

If you have social anxiety disorder (SAD), you may unknowingly project many different nonverbal anxiety signals. Some of your actions may also discourage others. Although you may feel embarrassed at first, learning different tips can help you practice becoming more confident and approachable.
